Ken Pham is a director whose latest film, That Which Is Heard will have its World Premiere at DOC NYC 2025. Before transitioning into filmmaking, Ken built an extensive career as a choreographer and dancer, with credits including Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, SEE (Seasons 2 & 3, Apple TV+), Julie and the Phantoms, Jupiter's Legacy, Murdoch Mysteries, How to Die Alone, The Magicians, Work It, and What We Do in the Shadows.
His time working across major film and television productions inspired a passion for storytelling through movement and visual language. Ken further honed his craft while assisting the director and producer of The Changeling (Apple TV+), deepening his transition into directing. He has since directed work for commercial clients such as Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo, and the Michelin Guide.
Ken's debut short film, The Hall Pass, was an official selection at the 2025 Toronto Short Film Festival, a Finalist at Canada Shorts, and a Semi-Finalist at the New Orleans International Film Awards.
